Why Most Shower Enclosures Leak — and How We Stop It
A dripping enclosure is almost never a glass failure. It is a measurement failure: the panel was ordered before the tile and receptor were set, so the slope and plumb of the finished opening were never captured. We laser-measure after finishes, then fabricate to that exact geometry in our own shop.

- 10 mm / 12 mm tempered glass with polished or bevelled edges and CNC-drilled hardware points

Questions Specifiers and Buyers Ask First
Our premium systems are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum with a polyamide thermal break bonded into both frame and sash. The break interrupts the metal conduction path, keeping the interior face temperature far closer to room temperature than a monolithic aluminum frame — which is what prevents condensation on humid mornings and protects the U-factor claim on the label.
Entry-tier vinyl ships in roughly 2–4 weeks. Our own vinyl line runs 3–5 weeks. Custom thermally broken aluminum, minimal sliding doors and lift and slide systems are normally 4–8 weeks, depending on panel size, finish and glass make-up. Frameless shower glass is fabricated in-house and typically installed within 7–10 days of final measure.
Yes. We supply impact-rated systems at two price points, including a TDI-listed IMPACT Series, using laminated glass build-ups tested for large- and small-missile impact plus cyclic pressure loading. Coastal projects also receive stainless hardware and marine-grade finish options to handle chloride exposure.
We install throughout Greater Houston and supply product-only orders nationwide. Builders, dealers, glaziers and international buyers can order crated, factory-glazed units accompanied by shop drawings, performance data and installation guides, with containerised consolidation available for export shipments.
Choose thermally broken aluminum when the design needs slim sightlines, very large panels or structural spans. Choose multi-chamber uPVC when the priority is thermal performance per dollar on standard opening sizes. Because we manufacture both, we have no incentive to push the wrong one — and we will say when a shaded room does not justify premium aluminum.
Every product carries a written manufacturer warranty covering frame, hardware and the insulated glass unit, with installation warranted separately when our own crews perform the work. Because the factory and the install crews are one company, a frame issue and a flashing issue land on the same desk instead of being passed between vendors.
